About This Role

This is a pivotal role in guiding product development from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets company objectives while driving innovation and success.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions or opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood
  • Managing product backlogs and prioritizing items based on changing requirements
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies
  • Cultivating skills of other product owners and team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Achieving a deep understanding of the product, tracking metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement

Technical Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar roles)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of principles and psychology behind good UX
