We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Sr. Analyst, Entitlements. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and processing income-related entitlements in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, verify, and process income-related entitlements in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Cleanse data, analyze the impact of events, and determine the appropriate processing approach.
  • Set up and process events on the accounting system, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to quality, resource, and target-oriented improvements.
  • Maintain documented procedures to ensure team compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure that incident/regulatory breach reporting procedures are followed.
  • Contribute to effective team working and overall efficiency by assisting in the day-to-day training and coaching of less-experienced team members.
  • Handle complex operating issues within the team and carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
Requirements:
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Functional/Industry Knowledge is required, specifically Income processing.
  • Understanding of income event types across major markets and across all instrument types is necessary.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
