Deliverability Expert Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve delivery and deliverability challenges.
  • Assist in researching and solving blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs.
  • Help develop email warmup schedules and monitor progress.
  • Monitor email metrics and improve sending reputations.
Requirements for Success
  • 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Likely to enjoy hands-on research and diagnostics using datasets, 3rd party insights, and running experiments.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox).
  • A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • An understanding of global privacy laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
