About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation. They will also be familiar with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Providing guidance on best practices for email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborating with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
