Job Title: Financial Data AnalystRole Overview

The role of a Financial Data Analyst involves providing crucial support to the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product-related teams.

  • Deliver actionable insights through thorough analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing strategic business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Play an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Work closely with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude.
