Job Title: Capital Markets Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to support our capital markets and financial analysis team. This role requires precision, intensity, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance. Advanced Excel skills, including LOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, pivot tables, and sensitivity analysis, are essential. Exposure to valuation techniques, such as mNAV, EBITDA multiples, and comparables, is also required.

A strong understanding of Bitcoin and the digital assets market is necessary. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in crypto markets and be able to analyze complex data to produce actionable insights. North American IR norms require native-level English fluency and familiarity with investor communication standards.

This role involves performing rigorous QA checks against source data before delivery, creating and refreshing complex formulas, and maintaining weekly Excel workbooks tracking market metrics and company performance. The ability to troubleshoot data pulls and maintain consistent reporting standards is crucial.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must have a hard-core work ethic with obsessive attention to detail and be available during EST hours regardless of location. Experience working with sensitive financial information requiring absolute discretion is also necessary.
