Job Description

Bell-Kenz Pharma, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Strategist to lead the development and execution of customer journey plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or customer journey management, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and touchpoints.

You will be responsible for analyzing customer behaviors, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer experiences.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer behaviors and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and execute customer journey plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Collaborate with partner departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
  4. Design program and activity measurement frameworks.
  5. Track program budget vs KPIs and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Conduct quarterly program and Customer Journey Map reviews.
  7. May handle special projects related to customer journey or centricity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication/Business Administration/Advertising.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or customer journey management.
