Customer Experience Strategist

Bell-Kenz Pharma, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Strategist to lead the development and execution of customer journey plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or customer journey management, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and touchpoints.
You will be responsible for analyzing customer behaviors, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer experiences.
This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behaviors and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute customer journey plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with partner departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Design program and activity measurement frameworks.
- Track program budget vs KPIs and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct quarterly program and Customer Journey Map reviews.
- May handle special projects related to customer journey or centricity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication/Business Administration/Advertising.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or customer journey management.
