Commercial Space Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Space Planner to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and presenting creative workspace solutions that meet client needs and project goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in CET Designer and AutoCAD, and a strong working knowledge of product lines, codes including ADA, LEED, and WELL. A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial furniture, workspace design, or a related industry is required.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to deliver high-quality design presentations and visual materials that support sales and marketing initiatives. You will also participate in training, industry events, and internal initiatives to remain current on design trends, tools, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present creative, visually compelling workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD.
  • Create accurate project drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations that support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Select and present finishes, furniture options, and material palettes, ensuring design continuity and alignment with client expectations.
  • Review architectural plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate building site conditions into workspace designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates, feedback, and delivery of project results.
