As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development from start to finish.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with business goals and objectives, while fostering innovation and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Product Roadmap Creation: Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • User Feedback Analysis: Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Product Development: Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Product Requirements Definition: Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Prioritization of Product Backlog: Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Product Metrics and Success Tracking: Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications: 4-5 years of successful experience as a product owner or product manager (or any similar role).
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Software Engineering Principles: Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Delivering Software Applications: Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • Prototyping and Growth-Focused Development: High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development.
  • UX Understanding: Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX.
