Job Description

This is a remote leadership role as an independent contractor for a marketing consultancy. The successful candidate will design and deliver marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, amplify the client's brand, and fuel revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, HR tech, or professional services, with exceptional copywriting skills and storytelling ability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email marketing, social media, landing pages).
  • Copywriting: Write core campaign copy, including email templates, nurture sequences, video sales letters, landing page copy, and ad campaigns.
  • Creative Oversight: Review and approve content produced by designers and video editors.
  • Content Calendar: Manage a rolling calendar covering newsletters, campaigns, and repurposed thought leadership.
  • Re-engagement Campaigns: Coordinate monthly campaigns targeting alumni or past clients.
  • HubSpot Operations: Oversee workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurture and reporting.
  • Reporting: Submit a monthly marketing performance report with insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (setup, workflows, automation, reporting).
  • Analytical mindset – able to test messaging and refine based on performance.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
