Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support a 6-week website rebuild and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project.
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content and Electronic Direct Mail campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media and EDMs.
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams.
