This finance role supports growth and provides accurate, timely information to decision-makers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading month-end close processes, analyzing reports from Xero, building and maintaining Excel-based financial models, and supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  2. Pull and analyze reports from Xero, building and maintaining Excel-based financial models (including three-way forecasting).
  3. Support the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle.
  4. Manage intercompany journals, transactions, and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  5. Consolidate reporting across various locations.
  6. Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data, ensuring accuracy in recurring revenue streams.
  7. Provide financial analysis and insights that help shape business decisions.
  8. Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering confidence and clarity around numbers.
  9. Prepare SaaS Metrics reporting.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements in our Finance processes.
  11. Ensure tax compliance and prepare financial statements.
Qualifications
  1. CA or CPA qualified with experience in accounting and financial analysis.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience.
  2. Experience leading month-end close processes – end to end, and intercompany accounting and reporting.
  3. Experience managing a team.
  4. Exposure to SaaS or subscription revenue models preferred.
  5. Experience with Stripe preferred.
Skills
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial and three-way modeling.
  • Experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver reliably.
