Job Summary

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the company's strategic objectives while driving innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements are defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Emphasize agile principles and methodologies to continuously improve the product delivery process.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar roles)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
