HR Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective HR support to line managers and employees.

  • Provide expert guidance on all HR related matters, including performance management, career development, employee relations, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to deliver key HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and implement solutions to complex HR issues and exceptions.
  • Review and optimize existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering HR services.
  • Manage the execution of periodic employee cycle HR processes and monitor activity completion.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to plan and develop short to medium term HR projects.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HR regulations and ensure non-compliance is addressed and corrected.
  • Support the delivery of organizational development activities such as job analysis, organization review and alignment, and change management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to roll-out development programs efficiently according to business unit needs.
  • Track learning and development progress and employee development plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business or equivalent fields.
  • At least 5 years of generalist HR experience.
  • Technical expertise in organizational development and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, statutory guidelines, and HR practices.
