This pivotal role plays a crucial part in maintaining supply chain visibility, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading a team of skilled operators at different locations. As the global logistics operations supervisor, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating logistical services worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational activities, including forecast planning, shipment management, and performance monitoring.
  • Actively monitor all shipments, proactively addressing and preventing irregularities.
  • Lead escalations with senior management, agreeing on and ensuring the execution of resolution strategies.
  • Communicate proactively with customers about irregularities, offering alternative solutions and corrective actions.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in freight forwarding operations, covering air and sea freight.
  • Proficiency in handling dangerous goods and cold chain requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, embargoes, and trade compliance globally.
