About Growth Marketing

This is a contractual opportunity for a skilled Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in executing seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid social, paid search, display, email, and organic social.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools, update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics, flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization, support A/B testing, and assist in competitive research and ad benchmarking.
  • Documentation & Process Support: Organize campaign materials and shared folders, document campaign wrap-ups and share key takeaways with the team, maintain campaign trackers, build a consolidated calendar of deliverables, milestones, and timelines to support cross-functional visibility, track creative asset status, and ensure timely follow-up across teams.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting cross-functional teams.
Additional Details
  • Location: Remote contract engagement.
  • Note: An online assessment will be part of the recruitment process.
  • Status: This is a contractual, home-based job requiring eight hours of full-time, five days a week. There are no benefits due to the contract nature.
  • Rate: USD 5.40 hourly.
  • Payment Mode: Weekly via Upwork.
