Business Development Expert

We're looking for a skilled professional to support our Digital Marketing team in driving growth through data analysis and solution development.

  • Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards empowering teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of our overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the digital landscape.
  • Support teams in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.
  • Provide support in managing digital marketing resources effectively to support project implementation and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, and to align efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • Experienced candidates with 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Extremely tech savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
