Job Title: Helper-Metro Manila

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to work with our team as a helper. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of products to customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure that all items for delivery are safely loaded and secured.
  • Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
  • Build good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Obtain clients' and customers' signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
  • Verify that all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered;
  • Complete daily trip tickets and submit timely reports of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
  • Report all delivery-related problems to senior staff or management.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Entry-level position requiring basic skills and knowledge in delivery and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
