Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial management strategies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate accounting and record-keeping systems, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting and forecasting, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure tax compliance by overseeing tax computations, filings, and payments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial and operational audits, providing accurate documentation and resolving audit queries.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of government transactions, BIR compliance, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
