We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nityo Infotech. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with proficiency in MS Office and a bachelor's degree in any field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support
  • Managing daily tasks, including handling attendance and scheduling meetings
  • Document preparation and management
  • Team support

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bank exposure is an advantage
  • Willingness to be flexible with location
  • Bachelor's degree in any field

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (onsite) or willing to report at BGC Taguig. Schedule: Regular morning shift, M-F. We are looking for four (4) Admin Assistants.
