Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reporting and Automation Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports on time, maintaining the data warehouse, and building automated solutions for various HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of existing reports and collaborate with HR stakeholders on new report requests or changes in requirements
  • Perform routine quality checks on reports produced and resolve any data or production process issues (escalate to manager when necessary)
  • Partner with IT to develop and maintain our HR reporting data warehouse
  • Assist in creating automated solutions for HR processes using cutting-edge tools
  • Explore innovative technologies like Robotic Process Automation and AI for integration into HR
  • Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy, security, and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Graduate degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using tools like Python, UIPath, or RPA platforms
  • Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or SQL is essential
  • Reporting experience from HR systems (Success Factors) or Power BI is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders in HR
  • Self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and detail-oriented
