Data-Driven Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence developer to create interactive dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI and be able to design, develop and maintain functional business intelligence solutions.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with data, creating meaningful visualizations and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Integrate data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, APIs and cloud services.
- Create data models and DAX calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization and usability of reports.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M) and data modeling.
- Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and data governance best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
