Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the Role
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong background in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Experience in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools relevant to the energy and natural resources sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
