We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trade Spend Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support to clients by retrieving back-up documentation, collecting missing deduction items, and communicating with engineers.

About the Role

As a Trade Spend Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding trade spend-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Navigating distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintaining an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicating with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  • Maintaining manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals.
  • Creating and sending email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assisting with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
