Business Process Improvement Specialist

As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business process excellence across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process reviews and process improvement, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain framework, standards, guidelines, and processes for the development and management of policies and procedures.
  • Identify gaps in operational policies and design of procedures/processes and recommend improvements.
  • Provide advice and facilitate discussions with relevant process owners/business representatives on the formulation of operational policies and design of processes/procedures taking into account efficiency and controls over key risks.
  • Assist or manage the repository of policies and procedures manuals of the organization.
  • Assist and facilitate the identification of process improvement opportunities together with the process champion and key process owners.
  • Assist the business in the formulation of operational/process KPIs.
  • Monitor and report corporate BSC KPI results.
  • Identify improvements to methods and tools to be used by the Division.
  • Escalate issues to the process improvement team in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business process reviews/process improvement.
  • Skills and Functional Competencies:
    • Risk and control assessment
    • Process mapping and gap analysis
    • Policies and procedures formulation
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Data analysis and interpretation skills
