Job Title: Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Data Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI/ML datasets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data quality and/or data annotation. They should be able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with basic concepts of AI/ML pipelines and data is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required to clearly articulate quality issues and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Conduct quality audits against established guidelines and benchmarks to uphold data reliability.

  • Analyse error patterns and root causes to elevate quality and identify areas for improvement.

  • Proficiently use QA tools, propose automation, and maintain documentation of standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and annotators to clarify requirements and support skill development.

  • Regularly report metrics and insights to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a data analyst with exposure to data quality and/or data annotation.

  • Familiarity with basic concepts of AI/ML pipelines and data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
