About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Quality Analyst to join our team. As an AI Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of data used for AI and Machine Learning (ML) models.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing quality audits on annotated datasets to ensure they meet established guidelines and quality benchmarks. You will also leverage statistical based quality metrics such as F1 score and inter-annotator agreement to evaluate data quality.

In addition, you will analyze annotation errors, trends, project processes, and project documentation to identify and understand the root cause of errors and propose remediation strategies. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to improve annotation pipelines and develop solutions to drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality audits on annotated datasets to ensure they meet established guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience as a data analyst with exposure to data quality and/or data annotation - ideally within an AI/ML context.
  • Familiarity with data annotation tools and AI/ML pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate quality issues and collaborate with diverse teams.
