Dedicated Financial Transaction Manager

A skilled Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist is sought to manage financial transactions, maintain healthy relationships with clients and vendors, and ensure accurate and timely processing of both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve accounts processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position with a competitive starting monthly salary of $650.
Weekly pay arrangements are in place for efficient financial management.
