Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agro-industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine poultry, animal nutrition industry.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and executing marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with feed formulations, poultry genetics, hatchery practices, and farm management solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
