Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of all marketing initiatives for our three retail channels: Toby's Sports, Runnr, and urbanAthletics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth marketing strategies, with experience in managing agencies and multifunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing schemes across brick & mortar and ecommerce for 3 retail channels, including marketplaces (LazMall, ShopeeMall, Zalora)
  • Proactively develop and manage omnichannel customer experience and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue and financial health objectives
  • Lead the strategic and tactical evaluation of marketing campaigns, including design, control segmentation, implementation, reporting, analysis and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in marketing and brand management in a leadership role
  • Experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies, preferably in the retail industry
  • Ability to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
