As a Bookkeeper with our organization, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial management and customer service to drive business growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in QuickBooks and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing exceptional customer service to USA clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable: Handle accounts receivable and payable
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to USA clients
  • Language Skills: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with QuickBooks
  • Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • USA Client Experience: Experience working with USA clients
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
