Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: The Office Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to our operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating project timelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, and providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deadlines.
  • Handle procurement processes and purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements
