- Operate effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring controls to meet regulatory requirements.
- Identify and combat fraud/AML risk through various tasks including enhanced due diligence on clients with unusual behavior.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fraud prevention and investigation, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills. They must be able to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple workloads, and commit to continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Fraud monitoring and prevention operational tasks.
- Perform EDD on clients presenting unusual behaviors.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding suspicious activities.
- Review and analyze financial transactions for potentially fraudulent activity.
- Investigate and identify potential cases of fraud or suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in fraud prevention and investigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
