This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Wellness and Resiliency Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness among employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology or a related field, with experience in resiliency planning and coaching. You will be responsible for designing and implementing wellness programs, facilitating workshops and sessions, and collaborating with other professionals to address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of end-to-end wellness functions for new or smaller teams.
  • Ensure 24/7 coverage of sites and scheduling sessions with teammates.
  • Lead the team by fulfilling leadership tasks such as coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting.
  • Initiate and lead specific programs, activities and projects assigned by Senior Manager or Director of Wellness and Resiliency.
  • Design and facilitate advanced wellness sessions, outreach programs, and monthly programming.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in resiliency planning techniques that are science-backed and evidence-based.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and report risks in a timely manner.
  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, approachability, and influencing skills.
  • Active pursuit of new knowledge through workshops, resiliency assessments, and professional publications.
  • Previous experience in Career Counseling and Coaching within a large organization.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, and partnership skills.
  • Problem-solving, creative thinking, and decision-making abilities.
