Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through both proactive outreach and responsive lead channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and understand client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Pitching & Proposal Development: Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to address client goals and demonstrate value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations) to ensure feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.
