Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This may involve handling product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. To achieve this, you will need to utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets efficiently and provide fast, accurate support.

To ensure consistency in customer experience, it is essential that you stay informed about product updates and support practices. You should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.

The ideal candidate will possess empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns. They must also be team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

In addition to your technical skills, you will require your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred) and a stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, or phone
  • Handle customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
