Office Administrator Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering calls, welcoming visitors, handling tenant inquiries, and processing mails and documents. You will also ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable while managing client services such as gatepass processing, printing, and minor IT troubleshooting.
This position requires administrative support, reporting, inventory management, and addressing workplace issues by coordinating with the Customer Success Lead. It also enforces company policies, oversees site readiness, facilitates conference room bookings, assists with marketing events, and builds strong relationships with clients.
