Sales Administration Officer

The role will be assigned but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales & marketing team.
- Prepare daily reports and handle daily admin tasks.
- Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC.
- Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers.
- Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- College/bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 – 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
