Sales Administration Officer - Business Products

The role will be assigned but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales & marketing team.
  • Prepare daily reports and handle daily admin tasks.
  • Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader.
  • Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC.
  • Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers.
  • Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • College/bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
