Technical Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves providing top-notch customer service and support via various channels such as chat, phone, and email.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
  • A strong understanding of the product and client is essential in order to provide accurate, timely, and friendly responses to clients contacting us.

In this position, you will work closely with the ticket and technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. You will also escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  2. Evaluate our current customer support system and collaborate with your team to strategically improve the process to better serve our customers.
  3. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for common customer queries and issues.
  4. Offer input on enhancing documentation and support processes.
  5. Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.

The effectiveness in this role will be measured by key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction ratings, average time to resolve customer issues, and average number of issues resolved.
