Sharepoint Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sharepoint specialist to support the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of our new Sharepoint platform. As part of our project-based team, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into a clear hub structure, categories and navigation.

In this role, you will be responsible for building the Sharepoint hub, including menu/navigation design, connected sites, permissions and document libraries. You will also configure features such as version control, multi-language support and restricted access.

To ensure a clean and user-friendly interface, you will apply client branding guidelines and ensure consistent navigation flow across sub-sites. Additionally, you will perform light updates, troubleshoot issues and adjust menus/permissions as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Sharepoint hub structure, categories and navigation

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Sharepoint Online / Sharepoint Hub implementation
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata and navigation best practices
  • Hands-on skills in UI/UX customization within Sharepoint
  • Strong communication skills for occasional stakeholder calls
  • Ability to act as an all-rounder: architecture, build and admin
