">About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Electrical Estimator. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing takeoffs and costing for projects involving electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Takeoff and Costing: Perform accurate takeoffs and cost estimates using Planswift or Bluebeam.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans.
  • Lighting Fixture Quantification: Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Software: Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam is mandatory.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Project Experience: Background in architectural and electrical projects is essential.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans is necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent spoken and written English is required.
  • Prior Experience: Prior costing/estimating experience is a plus.
Work Schedule:

Full-time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

100% Remote / Work from Home
