Electrical Estimation Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled electrical estimation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical lighting controls, reflected ceiling plans, and the ability to accurately translate drawings into precise estimates.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural and electrical projects, with a focus on electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed takeoffs and cost estimates using Planswift or Bluebeam software
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans
  • Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents
  • Prepare accurate reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam software (must-have)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Background in architectural and electrical projects
  • Experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans
  • Knowledge of lighting fixtures and controls for takeoffs
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent spoken and written English
  • Prior costing/estimating experience is highly desirable
Work Arrangements

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. The role can be worked remotely, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
