Electrical Estimation Specialist

The role involves taking accurate measurements from architectural and electrical drawings, focusing on reflected ceiling plans and lighting controls. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of lighting fixtures and the ability to efficiently translate these into precise estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately perform takeoffs and cost estimates using specialist software like Planswift or Bluebeam.
- Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans.
- Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates.
- Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam is essential.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Background in electrical and architectural projects.
- Experience with electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
- Full-time position.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
