Key Role: Core Banking Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead the end-to-end delivery of core banking implementation across multiple modules. This role sits within the technology team, which focuses on designing and implementing core banking platforms for retail, SME, commercial, and private banking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive project plan in collaboration with clients and vendors.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and effective management of expectations.
  • Closely working with the core banking products vendor to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinating with functional consultants, technical leads, and data migration teams to ensure seamless workstream alignment.
  • Providing hands-on support in technical discussions related to configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategy.
  • Driving quality assurance, including SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in full-cycle Temenos Transact implementations or major upgrades for medium or large-sized banks.
  • Experience delivering large-scale Temenos Transact core banking implementations for retail, SME, or commercial banking, covering CASA, deposits, loans, payments, customer, and treasury.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An understanding of the broader core banking technology landscape and new-age solution providers.
