Key Transformation Role in Core Banking Systems

A leading financial institution is seeking a senior enterprise architect to drive the transformation of their Core Banking systems.

This high-impact role requires deep expertise in lending, cards, and deposits, as well as a passion for modern, scalable banking infrastructure.

As the technical lead, you will modernize legacy platforms, integrate emerging technologies, and align architecture with business strategy, working closely with executives, delivery teams, and global partners.

  • Define and govern enterprise architecture across lending, cards, and deposits

  • Lead the architectural design of large-scale transformation and digital banking initiatives

  • Align architecture strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee solution integration, performance, and scalability across complex ecosystems

  • Mentor and guide architecture teams, fostering innovation and technical best practices

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience within the banking or financial services industry

  • Proven success delivering Core Banking transformations across lending, cards, and deposits

  • Expertise in designing and implementing complex, mission-critical systems

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strategic thinker with a solid technical foundation and architecture leadership
