Financial Records Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and skilled accounting professional to fill this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting general bookkeeping tasks, and utilizing knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct routine bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
- Maintain precise and current financial records using knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles.
- Provide support with financial audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience within a client-facing position.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Experience working within the Bill.com platform.
- Strong understanding of general bookkeeping, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
