Business Advisor Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our team. As a Business Advisor, you will play a vital role in empowering small business owners to succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit.

Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence. You will consult with clients primarily over the phone and email, using our online systems to manage tasks and client communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a customer-focused mindset. They will also be tech-savvy, comfortable juggling multiple online systems simultaneously, and able to prioritize and solve problems efficiently.
