Our organization is hiring for a Data Analyst position to support our team. We are responsible for providing data support and services covering markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, China, Taiwan, UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific.

The team continuously monitors and obtains relevant information on all upcoming corporate action events specifically shareholders meetings where topics such as acquisitions, mergers, and demergers might be discussed. The relevant meeting results are also collected and accurately inputted in the database for clients to view.

We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a related field who can assist us in monitoring corporate action events, procuring shareholder meeting documents, contacting companies via email or phone, collecting meeting details, extracting meeting agendas, and inputting correct voting instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any equivalent/related course. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), possess strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
