Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and managing logistics-related data within our systems.


The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry or logistics support, proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems, and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.


A successful Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates
  • Verifying data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment
  • Preparing and generating regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
  • Assisting with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in data entry or logistics support
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, or WMS)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Benefits

This is a purely work-from-home opportunity with a night shift schedule from 9:00am-5:00pm EST. You will receive weekly pay.
