Claims and Recovery Lead

This is a key position that oversees the Return to Shipper process, ensuring seamless execution according to established SOPs and KPIs. The successful candidate will manage the entire return process, collaborating with the claims team to minimize past due items and optimize RTS performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for return process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely dispatch of parcels
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for optimization
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field
  • At least two years of experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
